Stain Ash Pty Ltd is a leading design and manufacturing/construction company operating primarily in the kitchen and hospitality industries. We offer specialised and customised solutions to clients who require Kitchens (Commercial and High-End Domestic), Bars and Catering Equipment.

Our manufacturing plant is located in Smithfield (NSW), and contains the latest technology in Metal and Wood Manufacturing Machinery. We employ a team of specialised tradesman and design professionals, who have extensive experience in the engineering, manufacturing, shopfitting, construction and hospitality industries to provide you with a kitchen that not only looks good but also works well. We work as a team to efficiently progress a contract to completion.
Informed project managers provide all aspects of trade interface, service coordination, and programming of works from delivery, through installation and commissioning to handover, training and after sales service. Advanced design and manufacturing systems result in reliable, high quality Kitchens and Kitchen Products. The accuracy of laser cutting and the efficiency of our production methods ensure the highest quality outcomes for our clients.

Paul Ashman
Director
Paul is the Director of Stain Ash Pty Ltd, and oversees all facets of the Business. With over 26 years experience in engineering fabrication, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to projects ensuring they are both engineered and fabricated to exacting standards and timeframes, delivering customers with products on-budget and on-time. Paul established Stain Ash Pty Ltd eleven years ago to specialise in the fabrication of custom Kitchens and Foodservice Equipment, having worked previously for some of Australia's leading fabricators. Paul is well respected in the industry for his attention to detail and ability to engineer products and solutions of high specification and requirement. He leads a team of committed tradesman and professionals who produce excellent work & products, in the Factory and On-Site.
Doug Edwards
Design-Draftsman
Doug is a Design-Draftsman and has been designing and project-managing kitchen projects for over twenty one years. His involvement from 'concept to completion' enables him to develop Client's dreams into realities, taking their wishes and combining them with Council and Government legislation to ensure that the kitchens not only "work" to the customer's satisfaction, but also comply. Doug has been involved in some of Australia's most high profile and prestigious Kitchens, in both domestic and commercial applications, including Sydney's major reception/function centres, the personal residences of James Packer and John Symonds, Sydney Opera House, along with many other Restaurants and Hotels - including some of Australia's best 5-star establishments. Doug has also been involved in the fitout of both Woolworths and Coles supermarkets.
Nathan Chetcuti

Nathan has been with Stain Ash for over thirteen years, and maintains a hands-on approach as the Site Forman of each project he controls. His background in engineering fabrication enables him to understand the processes involved to achieve a high-quality product within tight timeframes. Having the ability to control a construction site, as well as delegate responsibilities appropriately has earned him respect from his peers and colleagues.
Nathan is an integral link in projects between the Stain Ash Factory at Smithfield NSW and the Project Site, keeping in constant communication with factory personnel, other trades, as well as the Project Manager and Director. Nathan is a skilled tradesman in all facets of site installation, and has extensive experience in the fitouts of Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets.
